个人简介:工学博士,副教授,博士生导师。曾获全国创新创业优秀博士后、中国腐蚀与防护学会科技二等奖、中国有色金属学会优秀博士学位论文、江西省优秀博士学位论文。现任金属磁性材料及器件江西省重点实验室副主任、中国稀土学会青年工作委员会委员、江西省稀土标准化技术委员会委员。主要从事稀土永磁材料方面的研究与开发工作,在J. Mater. Sci. Technol.、Appl. Phys. Lett.、J. Alloys Compd.、J. Magn. Magn. Mater. 等期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,以第一发明人授权专利7件。主持国家自然科学基金面上/青年/地区项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、省重点研发计划重点项目子课题、省自然科学基金等省部级以上项目12项、企业委托项目3项。担任SCI一区期刊J. Rare Earths和EI期刊材料导报青年编委,是Sep. Purif. Technol., J. Environ. Chem. Eng., J. Mater. Process. Tech., Mater. Lett., J. Rare Earths, Electrochimica Acta, Thermochimica Acta等多种国际期刊审稿人。
