个人简介:博士生导师,现任江西理工大学学术副校长、稀土学院院长。1988 年毕业于中国科学技术大学应用化学系获学士学位,1993 年于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所获博士学位,随后赴美国爱荷华州立大学从事博士后研究,1999年回国。长期任职于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,2026 年起担任江西理工大学学术副校长、稀土学院院长。主要从事自由基化学、有机氟化学、金属有机化学及天然产物全合成等领域研究,聚焦自由基反应选择性调控、高选择性环合反应、金属络合物自由基反应及其在天然产物合成中的应用等方向,在《美国化学会志》《德国应用化学》等国际权威期刊发表多篇高水平学术论文,主持国家自然科学基金重大项目等多项国家级科研项目,已培养数十名博士、硕士研究生,兼任多所高校兼职博士生导师,并曾受聘为法国巴黎第六大学访问教授。先后入选中国科学院人才计划及优秀人才计划、国家杰出青年科学基金、国家相关计划科技创新领军人才等国家级人才项目,荣获上海市化学化工学会 “吴蕴初奖” 提名奖、Thieme Chemistry Journal Award 等重要学术奖项,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,入选上海市领军人才,受聘浙江省 “钱江学者” 特聘教授,担任科技部重点领域创新团队负责人。现主持稀土学院行政全面工作,负责稀土领域学科建设、人才培养、科研创新与学院日常管理等工作,推动学校稀土特色学科高质量发展与 “双一流” 建设。
